Welcome to the Library!

After the first week of school it feels like we are in the right place, with right people in class and right teachers in front of us!

We've already shared our summer experiences and remembered the most inspiring moments with peers and adults.

We've opened our new or not so new laptops to start the one-to-one laptop program this year. "What would teachers offer us to do with the new tools, organize the class and conduct teaching sessions? Can we always search and stay connected with friends?", I bet you think. There are many exciting and tempting moments ahead of us... Don't worry, we'll figure it out soon.

Library looks slightly different this year. Have you notice benches and cushions on them? Red chairs, inviting for reading and relaxing in between class time and after school?

Mr. Shvartsman is here this year to help you around and show resources for special topics.

You can also "emballish" the library by becoming a Student Media Helper and volunteer your free hour to help us shelving books and organize our collections. We would appreciate your efford and always (yes!) find something engaging to do.

Another activity that the library would like to promote is to involve you in reading out loud to one or a group of Elementary students. "Adopt a young student" program is always appreciated by Elementary school teachers. By reading to young students you'll be a model to follow. Last year this program worked well. Be the one who helps it growing!
